Disappointed

Having been asked to review this item was curious to me as you advised me shortly after I placed my order that it was unavailable so I never received it. And to also add, I am still waiting for the rest of the order, not convinced it will arrive, so have nothing to review. Perhaps you need to tighten up your customer communication and processes.
