Print faded and mirror scratched after 4 weeks

I’m very disappointed with my latest case from Merch Amsterdam. This is the third phone case I’ve purchased from the company (previously for an iPhone 11 and an iPhone 14, and now for my iPhone 17). Unfortunately, the quality of this case is far below what I experienced with my previous purchases. Within just 4 weeks, the printed design on the back had completely worn off. In addition, the mirror finish scratches extremely easily and now looks heavily damaged despite normal everyday use. I have treated this case no differently than my previous ones, which lasted much longer. I contacted customer support several times by email regarding these issues but never received a response. The lack of customer service combined with the poor durability of the product is very disappointing. Sadly, because of this experience, I will not be purchasing from Merch Amsterdam again.

So sad, quality is bad

I honestly don’t understand the many positive reviews of this product. At the end of the day, it’s just a basic silicone phone case with a printed design. I purchased it solely because I liked the “11:11” print. Unfortunately, the print didn’t even last a week of normal use before it started wearing off. The quality is extremely disappointing. It feels like the case is meant to stay in its packaging rather than be used on a daily basis if you want the design to remain intact. Very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend it.

Great case, wrong model size, need assistance
