Absolutely love the Koala Sofa Bed (4th Gen)! It's the perfect addition to my spare room and doubles as a great spot to relax while using it as a home office. It's comfortable, looks great, and is super practical. My guests have all commented on how comfortable it is to sleep on too. Couldn't be happier with it!

Terrible Delivery partners - faulty mattress cover

Given a 48 hour delivery window my sofa bed was finally delivered 15mins shy of this window with NO tracking available the entire time ! On arrival the driver rang to ask me if I had a trolley??? Well why would I ?! Very long story short I had to help carry the boxes of furniture along the street and through my apartment building and lifts - am 60 year old female and on my own. No compensation was ever given ! To top it all off the mattress cover had a broken zip and has not been replaced! Terrible experience so disappointing

Sofa bed

Our recent purchase of a queen size koala bed is exactly how it was described on the website. Super easy to convert to a bed, plenty of room and easy to make up with bed linen. Looks great in our room as a sofa too. Excellent choice of purchase, highly recommend this sofa bed if you are considering buying one.
