I received this freshie today and long story short, I am very underwhelmed. The paint work was uneven and sloppy, glitter was missing in areas, which made the product look rushed. Additionally, the scent was incorrect despite me specifying which one I wanted on TikTok, with no confirmation or communication afterwards confirming my scent. It would be much easier for customers if a scent selection option was available directly on the website to avoid this mistake. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to delays and poor craftsmanship.
