Coleslaw dressing

Last night I made a salad dressing for my coleslaw. The dressing was delicious. I look forward to using the cherry vinegar in the marble potatoes recipe and in others. Yummie!!

I used the vinegar several times in salads with fruit. It enhances the fruit flavors such as strawberries, very good. I look forward to trying it other ways such as other salads and pickling red onions.

A Unique Vinegar

I heard about Red Trucks orchards cherry vinegar on an npr radio program. I was intrigued as I love Michigan cherries. I ordered a couple of bottles and have been really pleased with its quality and flavor. I’ve made the vinaigrette salad dressing, a shrub with seltzer water and served it over vanilla ice cream with a little honey added to it. The packaging is recyclable cardboard, very secure and my order was filled promptly. I’d love to see more recipes shared on the website!
