I love both the mini size and the regular size. They work great and give fast relief for my elbows, knees and shoulders. I started using these products about 8 years ago. I have tried other products but there is nothing like Muscle MX. I always come back because there is nothing even close to these products or how well it has worked for me.

I use the heat in the am if I wake up with a sore back, and the cooling after a workout. Previously had samples of these products and used them after hiking a pretty challenging trail and did not have soreness or stiffness the next day. Winner!
