What was advertised and what are received were two different things. Jonathan from customer service learned they shipped from the wrong warehouse and fixing the situation. They were very nice an responsive.

This is a great product. I've wanted one of these for years. I love the upgraded phone controls. The instructions are a bit sparse, but with a bit of thought, they make sense.

Such a fun clock with playful features. Retro looks good on my desk!
