One of the most intense and alluring scents I have ever smelled, even taking a small Whiff of this lingers in your nose, Starts out Minty and Metalic and slowly reveals warmer and spicier notes

This Thing is Transformative
The amazing thing about Xyrena's fragrances is that even if you don't like them, you can't help but respect and admire how transformative they are throughout your wear. Initially, I was unimpressed, only catching whiffs of something mint-like and peaty like a scotch. I gave it another go, and this time I noticed the faintest sweetness atop the mint. As it lingered through the day, it felt more charged, like breathing in the air with a storm on the cusp, or better yet, like gunpowder, or a freshly exploded firework. This stayed with me the longest, but I'd still occasionally catch a whiff of something sweet, but not quite boozy. I considered lavender, but it didn't feel right. Maybe that's where the sweet and familiar but metallic and alien profile appears. While I wouldn't associate this with Carpenter's The Thing - expecting something more frigid - I do really like and appreciate the ozonic & static charge I find The Thing provides me.

Perfectly Reflects the Film
Such a unique fragrance: it has alternating notes of cold (similae to spearmint), fire (similar to spices/cinnamon), metal, and trees (similar to pine), which represent many of area/scenarios in the film. Great longevity, up to 10hrs on my skin, and moderate projection. Overall 9/10.
