Difference maker

My football player wears these inserts everyday in his cleats. The cleats do not have much arch support. The inserts make a huge difference in his legs and feet.

Foot pain

I had foot pain whenever I was walking or jogging and pain has been less over the days. I will continue to wear my insoles to see the full potential of this product. So far so good.

Pretty good

Good support for my feet. However, they are hot. I've put them in my sneakers and my feet really sweat with these inserts in place. Yet, they do what is needed. My shoes are a wee bit too wide and putting the insert in fills the space a little and give a better fit to my foot.
