I LOVE Complemen's Bone Vitality. Now I can be sure I am getting the calcium I need along with other nutrients that support it. I have been able to eliminate separate B12, D3 and K2 that I was taking separately. I appreciate Complemen's attention to the science behind nutrients and their commitment to high quality formulations. I mix it in my morning green smoothy and it's great!

Bone Vitality

I think the product is good and the ingredients are helpful for bone health. But it comes in a powder form and not a capsule and I personally have trouble remembering to add it to food (or drinks) as opposed to taking it as a capsule with my other supplements.

I was so happy to find a supplement that was thoughtfully created to contain every vitamin and mineral known to be important for bone health. In addition, the customer service is stellar. It’s a great product and beautiful company. And btw, taking it in orange juice makes it completely palatable.
