I will be honest that I can not tell if what it is doing for my bones but I trust the it is doing something good. I take it with Vitamin C which was suggested by Complement and so I feel confident that i and helping the health of my bones which are 74 years old.

Even though the taste is not great, mixing it with orange juice neutralizes it. What I love about the product is the research that went into creating it to ensure that it contains the right ingredients in the amounts needed to support bone health. I worry about loss of bone as I age. Bone Vitality helps ease my concerns. I showed this product to my dietitian and she was a strong supporter of my taking it. I haven't gone for any bone density tests and just started taking this recently, but so far I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and give it 5-star. I trust the quality and i really don't mind the taste (I mix it in water) - it has a sort of burnt, charcoal-y taste that I like!
