I have an adjustable bed and had been struggling with my sheet coming loose. I used the Zlumber Lock and the sheet has not come loose since.

The order was incomplete the most important part of the order The 4 corner pieces and for $20 extra i added the side retainers And thats all that came in my order. Now there customer service is complicated and burdensome asking for pictures and copies of the shipping lable . All were thrown away after opening. I assumed they were back ordered or something and would arrive in the next few days. Only to reslisr the customer service dept is critical and ridiculious . Back and fourth emails with no resolution. They push the burden apon the customer to prove the product didn't arrive. All they have to do is check the weight of the package they shipped to discover the mistake. But they don't
