Buyer beware: contains guar gum. If you have gastrointestinal issues after eating this product, this unnecessary substance may be to blame. I’ll consider buying again only once the emulsifiers are gone. The flavors are decent for a health food product but not delicious.

I have only tried flavors, peaches and chai. Inwill pass on the chai if i decide to continue. I am intrigued by the other flavors but I am not one that eats oatmeal daily so its going to take a bit to get through them all.
