Could use more Caramel and Apple
This is a very strong blend of coffee thematic for a Paladin and his sense of justice. Sadly, I couldn't really taste the caramel or the apple and wish you could taste it a bit more.

Amazing!
We gave this as a gift to a friend who had lost their brother and not only do they constantly talk about the artwork on the bag but also the quality of the roast! This friend is quite the coffee drinker and is very selective with his praise so it speaks wonders to Dragon Roast. I also had an unsweetened latte (my go-to when trying out any new coffee roastery) and it was so smooth and delicious. I've recommended Dragon Roast to so many people since visiting!
