Apex Key Loop

The keychain that I bought was of great quality and the perfect size so as to be easily grabbed and not so big that I am uncomfortable with it in my pocket all day

Took way too long to arrive, and it only showed after I contacted the company to ask where it was. They tried to offer me a replacement item, but I requested my original item or a refund. Suddenly, one was available and arrived about 2 weeks later. Total time to receive was approx 5-6 weeks. This company has drastically fallen off in past 6 months. I have ordered numerous items from them over the years, but as of late the quality of products, timeliness, and service has been poor at best. Prior to this item, I ordered a hat that looked nothing like the advertised photo. It was of such poor quality that I immediately threw it away in the box it arrived in. $50 wasted. This company leaves a lot to be desired of late!

In all the hustle & bustle of life in a purse full of everything. I find myself being able to find my keys because of this keychain and having it makes it so easy to know where my keys are. Thank you for allowing me a chance to share with others my experience that I’ve had so far buying it as well as receiving it in a timely manner!
