Excellent in the espresso machine. Gives one of the best crema of the beans I have tried. Love that all the raw beans are all thoughtfully sourced for the best quality.

You judge a pizza joint by their cheese slice, and a coffee roaster by their espresso blend. Steve was a delicious and bold shot that stands on its own but certainly packs a punch that would make its presence known in a latte or cappuccino. Highly recommend!
