No flavor

Very unimpressed with this coffee. I was very excited to try it before it arrived, but the flavor is almost non existent. Just for reference - I have been doing pour overs with a scale and chemex for years so I feel I’m decent with this method. In addition I have tried coffee from lots of regions. All of that to say that I think this batch wasn’t roasted properly, and I’d love to try something else from the roaster.
