Terrible taste
Never had an issue with any other bag we’ve gotten since we started our membership but this has to be worst coffee we’ve gotten so far from Trade. No matter how many times we’ve tuned our grinder, this coffee still had a strong off putting sour taste.

It does not seem fresh.
I suspect they just put the roasted date on the bag when they ship it not when they roast it.
The coffee did not off gas’s and it acted like an old bag when brewing. It also tastes and smells like a old bag
