Beautiful craftsmanship and excellent service
Love our pair of the smaller Pomfret lamps for bedside lighting. What made the order special was the responsive service I received when one of them broke apart where two parts of the base had been fused together as I was assembling the shade bracket. After sending a couple of pictures and a note to customer service, I heard immediately from Darcie, who had a replacement shipped the next day. Excellence in care - for both the product and the customer - an almost unique combination these days.
