The dongles work as expected which is great. But they don't last. I'm on my 3rd one. At this point, it feels like a subscription.

Item has not worked since purchase

According to trouble shooting steps, my device is stuck on a boot loop and is considered defective. It came this way when it was shipped to me. It's also not possible to speak to a person, so this is very frustrating, I just want a working product that I paid for.
