Customer Service was awesome. I have a different aluminum hot tub but loved this simple solution for a filtration adaptation. Shipping through the red tape from Canada to the US was a nightmare, but the Goodland team was responsive in helping me know where my purchase was and that the additional “tariffifs “ were bogus.
