This is an extraordinary dollop of jam. It is made from raspberries from the gin distilling, so there is a mild alcohol tingle that sets it apart from the ordinary mass-produced stuff. True, the vibrant colour has gone into the gin, but the vibrant flavours more than compensate. I'm also pleased that the fruit has been reinvented, not wasted.
