Absolutely wonderful to have a something that shows the correct angle for both European and Japanese knives. And that doesn’t need to be clamped onto the knife. It will save you the trouble of having to find certain objects and things that can be used to find the correct angle for your knives. The size of it worked well for pairing knives, large chef knives, and everything in between.
