Very disappointed — do not recommend I ordered a pair of On shoes from Zekkio and was extremely disappointed when they arrived. The shoes were stained and, after inspecting them carefully, I determined that they are not authentic On shoes. I paid a price expecting an original product, but what I received was completely different from what I expected. I tried to cancel the order before it was shipped, but the website said that the email address for contacting them no longer existed. What makes this even more frustrating is that they are able to send me emails, but I cannot contact them or get a response through the same channel. I paid for what was supposed to be an authentic product and received shoes that appear to be counterfeit and arrived in poor condition. I strongly recommend being very careful before purchasing from this website.
