KEY KNIT SWEATER

I wasn’t aware I was preordering at the time, so I waited for it longer than expected - but the product I received made it worth it. It’s a pretty shade of brown and so soft. I usually wear XS but ordered M/L for a more oversized fit and it’s perfect 💕

Amazing!! Was scared looking at previous reviews, but the delivery process was very smooth and faster than expected. Quality is beautiful, from the soft material to the design. Also came with cute stickers n stuff! In love with the brown 🤎

terribly disappointed and currently in the process of requesting a full refund. i’ve ordered from this brand before and it took months before receiving, i don’t know why i thought it would be any different. i ordered two sweaters on june 6 and have seen several people receive their orders already. i’ve tried to contact 3 times through the live chat on their website and was met with the same automated response every time, as well as them closing the chat before i could ask more questions. please save yourself the trouble and don’t buy.
