This ring is so beautiful but it does run small. I would encourage people to size up. I did give it 5 stars because even though the ring didn't fit, it is such good quality and a very beautiful ring. I did reach out to customer service. They were fast and friendly. The return process is so easy, and they are allowing me to exchange it for a bigger size. I love this company and their customer service. I now own several pieces from them.
