Ball Pit

Hey! I wanted to post an updated review because the company did reach out and helped resolve the issue. They apologized for the condition the ball pit arrived in and offered me a $10 refund for the inconvenience. I really appreciated the communication and their effort to make things right after I brought my concerns to their attention. While I was disappointed with the original packaging and the small hole I found in the cover, I’m glad they responded professionally and worked toward a resolution.
