Formosa Oolong

EXCELLENT FOR ICED TEA!

This is excellent for iced tea! I put about 6 tsp. in the infuser cup and steep in the teapot for 4 minutes at 200 degrees Fahrenheit, then pour over ice and add enough water/ice to make 2 quarts. I put the diffuser cup in the door of the fridge to get a second brew the next day. This is better than the store-bought tea bags by a mile! Haven't tried it hot, yet, but it's a winner for beating the Texas heat.

​I like Formosa Oolong for its mellow and full-bodied taste. I prefer black teas to herbal teas, and Formosa Oolong is a pleasant alternative to other black teas.
