I have ordered two umbrellas from Oswin Hyde as a present for a friend in San Francisco. This first time, I paid duties through Evri, but they never delivered the item. The only reason I knew was because I asked the recipient of the gift and they told me that they never received it. I ordered it again in mid-August 2026 and I have not heard a word from Evri despite it being two weeks. I am sure that your products are excellent, but your partnership with Evri should be reconsidered.
