Postpartum Joy Nutritional Complex

This supplement has been very beneficial to me. It has helped my emotional state and memory fog.. when I remember to take it. The main downside is that I have to take 3 pills everyday. This makes it harder to get down if I do it all at once or harder to remember if I take them throughout the day. It also means this bottle doesn't last as long as it seems like it should. But other than that, I highly recommend this supplement for postpartum mothers.
