Adorable but flawed

I love this earring, it's very cute. Unfortunately one of my set had popped out a gem! Luckily, Cord's did honor their warranty and replaced it. The reason for the 2 stars is because my replacement dropped the gem again; I didn't write back into them because I feel bad and I respect that they replaced it the first time! However, this particular one might be a faulty design. Also, I have a triple helix that I used this earring for and it was a little bulky for my ears but it's the perfect size for a lobe or single helix. LOVE IT, so cute. (also wrote a previous review for this one but I don't see it, so sorry if this is a repeat)
