SleepCloud™ Ergonomic Cloud Pillow

I thought this would be like a nice spongy cloud but I cant even use it. I’m a side sleeper and because of the grooves in the pillow I can’t find a comfortable spot to rest my head, it just feels like I can’t get into the right position. I suppose this is the point of the pillow ans it’s by design but it’s not what I was expecting from the ads and I cannot use this pillow at all. Neither can my fiance, big waste of money.

Nothing like the advertising Got my pullow today it is half the size from the photos on their website does not look nothing like the photos I have asked for a refund just terrible

The photos are so missleading the pillows are a quarter of the size, Very thin underweight and for me was very uncomfortable. I bought 2. My wife swapped hers back to her old pillow halfway through the night with the same complaint. They also shipped from china which was disappointing as I thought it was an Australian company.
