It was a beast to put together. Lots of YouTube videos and re-reading the instructions trying to make sense. However the machine is really nice! Customer service is hit and miss. 1st email to them that some of my plastic arrived cracked- they sent replacements right away. 2nd email about the incline not working from the handlebar has not been answered yet. I feel it's been money well spent so far.
