I ordered over $300 in merchandise. Tiny Horse forgot an item in my order and sent it separately via UPS. UPS delivered to the wrong house evident in the photo provided as proof of delivery (wasn’t my front door.) I contacted UPS who said the shipper (Tiny Horse) needed to make a claim as they have the contract with UPS, not me. I advised Tiny Horse and said I could reasonable assist with their claim as needed. I contacted Tiny Horse numerous times using their contact info on their website asking if they will make it right and send the item I already paid for. Taylor Leedahl said they would never leave a customer high and dry. Well, that was a lie. She just stop responding, she has my money and would not take accountability for the missing item. I will be making a complaint to Ontario Consumer Protection and the Better Business Bureau.
