Didnt receive it

Products dont come with instructions, told to watch videos on wensite. But the video with the ladies hands move way to fast. It doesnt show what you actually need to do. Especially for new beginers. There is just not enough information. Also part of the packs were brocken when opening parcel. Disappointed was looking forward to this.
