Beautiful Box for certain cuts

The purchase and shipping went very smoothly and delivery was quick and timely. Box works as advertised and construction is good quality. I am dissapointted however as it does not fit my ring. The post said to include a picture of the ring to ensure the ring would fit properly. I included a few images with a scale for measurements. The box does not close all the way and the ring is pinched in the felt on the sides leaving marks. A great idea and good quality product but it would work best for rings smaller than 3 carat or cuts that are shorter. My ring was a 3.5 carat pear cut for reference.
