Incredible experience

Likely the best workshops I’ve ever done. Adrian’s passion was obvious from the first minute, and we learned so much and had so much fun in a super short time. Chocolate was incredibly delicious (we’re now chocolate snobs), and we’ve actually been spotting Soul chocolate bars now in cafes around our neighbourhood!

I really enjoyed increasing my knowledge base about chocolate and understanding what makes good chocolate taste good. I really enjoy working with your products to make high quality confections. Your Mayan hot chocolate is amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I have shared it with my friends!
