BlazePod Trainer Kit

To be honest, for a product this expensive I am a little bit disappointed about the functionality of the app without the premium subscription. It is not very intuitive to find the predefined drills that fit if you have specific ideas and that there is absolutely no possibility to indiviualize existing drills in the most easy ways like duration of the drill or light delay time. At the same time it is not possible to create own drills without getting the premium subscription. I understand the attractiveness of recurring revenue through a subscription price model but at blazepod everything feels created in a way to force you into the pro subscription to really use it for an individual training. Real pro features for coaches with many team members like the athlete tracking is a reasonable pro function, but just the featue to create your own basic drills or individualize existing drills to your needs? Come on, that should be a basic functionality for every workout product and especially one with the price point of this hardware. So all in all I was initially convinced by the quality of the hardware and the functionality of the app, but very soon it turned to disappointment about the force to pay even more regularly to fit this product to the simple needs of a single athlete workout.

Hello, the system is good, but it's a shame that you have to pay for the app if you want to use it properly. It should be free for at least a year.
