Swim Stool Additional Mount Kit

Very happy with both the product and customer service. I originally purchased two swim stools and had an issue when replacing one of the mounting components. My original hardware included sleeves inside the grommets, which are important for my installation because I’m mounting into older, brittle concrete and need the hardware to fit securely without drilling additional holes. When I ordered a replacement mount kit, it arrived configured differently and wouldn’t work in my setup, which meant the stool itself couldn’t be used. After reaching out, the Lake Eze team took the time to understand the issue and worked with me to find a solution. They were ultimately able to help get me what I needed and made the situation right.
