I have been a regular Xero shoes customer, and have bought over 10 different pairs. My latest pair of Glenn dress shoes were purchased to replace a pair I wore so often that I wore through the insole. The new shoes are different. The size is noticeably tighter and they have much more structure. The prior pair felt like slippers disguised as dress shoes. The new ones gave me a blister on day 2. The only thing worse was the customer service response. Their initial response was to advise me to try moleskin for my blister. Beware: if you wear these shoes at all, they will not accept returns or exchanges and only if you complain bitterly will they deign to offer 15% off another pair. Sadly, I'm looking for another source for barefoot style dress shoes. As an orthopedist who is asked daily for shoe advise, I will no longer be recommending Xero shoes.

Great choice for a dressy look and still enjoy the feel of zero drop.

There were some threads i needed to trim left from assembly. But overall it was great. I wore this shoe new from the box to a conference where i walked ~20k steps per day. They required no break-in, and were comfortable to me. In part because im already used to Xero shoes. I normally wear a canvas model very similar to this shoe.
It worked well as a dressy sneaker in a setting where the lines between business and casual are quite blurred.
