BEST Customer service I have ever experienced. Had to exchange for a larger size, and they shipped them out same day. Shoes are adorable! May want to consider 1/2 up .

These are incredibly comfortable flats. I love the quality. They fit beautifully. I wear size 12 in the Prio Running And Fitness Shoe because I need a little wiggle room for my socks. I ordered an 11.5 in the Pheonix knit and they fit perfectly. I love how I have room for my toes to spread and yet they don’t look clownish. It is certainly hard to find shoes my size and I’m so glad I found Xero shoes. This is my 3rd pair from this brand and I love each one.

Cute and comfortable!! I have not worn them out for a full day yet but they fit perfectly right out of the box!! The only problem is I will probably want more colors. xD
