Chrono Axis Q3

The watch doesn’t work the way it is identified to work. The minute hand is supposed to jump back to zero to advance to the nect hour. I contacted the company and they told me that they on more than 1 ocassion they were waiting to get the directions from the company. I am very disappointed because I bought the watch for myself and my brothers. The watch is designed to work like Xeric watch with the same design. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

The watch arms do not move as advertised and the watch feels extremely cheaply made. I initiated a return the day after I received the order and they sent me an address to mail the watch back to and stated i would not recieve a return until they recieved the watch at their warehouse. It cost me $26 to ship the watch to tgeir warehouse. Fedex tried to deliver it to the address they provided 3 times and it was returned to my house after 3 failed deliveries. I emailed the company about the issue and they told me i needed to mail it back to them and provided a different address this time. They will not give me a shipping label and it is estimated to be $20 to ship it to the new address. This would mean that i have to pay almoat $50 to return a watch that cost $60. This process has been ridiculous.

The watch doesn’t function as indicated. The minute hand does return to zero at the end of the hour. I contacted the company and made them aware of this. I ordered 2 more watches based on this primary function. I am disappointed.
