Great success!

I purchased 500 ladybug for my 30+ roses and other plants. So far no sawfly larvae, whiteflies or aphids. It's been the first year that my plants aren't left looking ragged from being devoured. I don't want to spray. This has really changed how I'll do things in the future. I had amazing customer service which I appreciate so much. Thank you!

No Signature Required Please!

I have ordered live beneficial insects for years but this is the first time I've ordered them from GrowLiv. The fact that they were sent with signature required was a MAJOR issue for me. My farm is big enough that even if I'm 'home' I'm not always available to sign for packages. So I missed them the first day. And on the second day, UPS gave me a 12:15-4:15 time window, so I had to stick around the house to receive the package which was a major inconvenience. And UPS didn't show up until 5:45. Please stop sending insects with a signature required. I won't purchase again if that is still the case.

Unfortunately 50% of the ladybugs we received were dead when we opened the box. We have to reorder 500 bugs.🐞
