Great customer service

I sent in a photo of the wear on my son's lightning bolt, and they sent out a replacement immediately. I took off 1 star only because I received a trident instead of the replacement lightning bolt. My son loves the trident though, so I didn't try requesting another replacement (though I am sure they would accommodate)

Most things in life when it's too good to be true there's something fishy going on...... But not here no way. Looks great, ships fast, great price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and buy again in the future.
