I like the powder, so I can make up small glasses or full water bottles, & customize the concentration. I like the taste & the convenience--& it's more pleasant than drinking plain water!

I’ve been using Vicera electrolyte tasblets and love them. I get dehydrated easily and without them I get terrible leg cramps. I use both the powdered drink and the tablets to make sure I stay cramp-free at night. I highly recommend!
