Kensui do it again!

The EZ-HELM was being advertised quite a bit online. The videos on the website are really informative and give you an insight as to what exercises can be performed. It's versatility and various fitting options (different sized padding, chin strap) make it a must have for those who wish to train their necks and the muscles surrounding. (Think of it as a weighted vest for your head) For the price you definitely get what you pay for and there are adaptors available for purchase (consider this if you plan on using this at home as you may find that your standard plates do not fit the threads that come with initial purchase; gym plates are perfectly fine though, cables too) I deeply recommend this product as the results are definitely showing. Be sure to know your limitations if you're training alone. A spotter is a good Idea for those heavier loads. Overall I'm chuffed with my purchase and can't wait for further results.

Ideal Design

Helmet fastens wonderfully, the design allows for many rotation directions as advertised and works in conjunction with general calisthenics. Worth buying to raise the difficulty for push and pull ups.

I know there are different kinds of set ups for the neck but this Helm is my new work out. Very comfortable no guessing or worrying. The Helm from Kensui is what everyone should have!
