Again, customer service was amazing st resolving this issue. They are trying very hard to be a great company.
I have to say I LOVE the look of this handle and bag. So beautifully made. Unfortunately, there are some major issues with the handle. Almost immediately one of the finials disappeared. I spoke to customer service and they responded brilliantly and sent a new finial and told me to regularly check and tighten pieces . Unfortunately, Ive learned that any part can be loose after 2 days of use. That’s a lot of maintenance. 😞. Then I was at a restaurant and my bag was on a chair and got bumped to the ground. It happens. But the wood handle broke in half. I want to cry. Ive had the bag just a couple months. Hope this info helps someone.
