Great Customer Service, but Progressive Lenses Didn't Work for Me

I really liked the frame design and overall quality of the glasses. The styles are modern, lightweight, and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the progressive lenses did not work well for me. I experienced dizziness and blurred vision even after giving myself several days to adjust. I have worn progressive lenses successfully in the past, so I believe this pair may not have been the best fit for my prescription needs. That said, I truly appreciate EYDIO's customer service team for taking the time to listen to my concerns and offering a frame refund together with a discount code for a future purchase. Their willingness to help made the experience much more positive. I hope EYDIO can continue to improve its progressive lens fitting process, as I would genuinely love to be able to purchase a comfortable pair of prescription progressive glasses from them in the future.
