I love scallops. The big ones I cut in half with pasta broccoli parmesan and butter and it's amazing but the best part of it is a scallops.

Delivery was very quick, well frozen, freshness preserved.
Delivery was very quick. Just had the Haddock today for dinner. Did egg wash and coated in seasoned flour. Deep fried at 375 f for 2 to 4 minutes, thinner to thicker pieces. Was delicious, and flaky.
Had scallops a few days ago. Quickly fried in Garlic and butter. So tasty and melt in your mouth.

A revelation!
I love seafood and try to buy sustainably, but live in a small city where the stores carrying it don't do a great job of labeling. Larry's Catch solves that problem AND means I am getting the most delicious treats from Canadian enterprises. Can't wait to try out some of the suggested recipes too.
