Victorian Bloomers

Super comfortable and has helped me stay cool in this hot weather. Works great to wear under dresses and skirts or on their own as shorts. Absolutely would buy again.

100% Cotton - maybe?

They are beautiful, I purchased both black and white. The cotton is not very soft, which makes me think its a synthetic cotton rather than real. Made in China adds to that. Again I do like them - but I doubt they are actual cotton.
