This is the as the third time I had purchased from Meermin and it was a very disappointing and extremely frustrating customer experience. To begin with, my shoes never arrived while the Meermin information was saying they had been delivered. I had to do my own investigation into the problem without any help from Meermin. Dealing with their customer service by email was extremely difficult and frustrating. They kept telling me they were delivered, however the package had never left HK and was returned to sender. I eventually decided to get a refund which was processed, but less the delivery charge.
